LazyWait is looking for a valuable 100% commission Sales Representatives to join our team! We’re growing like crazy and we need motivated and driven, take-charge salespeople to expand on this success. Our 100% commission-based team has a very clear and realistic path to make SR 150K per quarter for 10% commission
Key Responsibilities
- Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
- Initiate outbound efforts (call, text, email) each day to prospects.
- Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule sales calls.
- Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
- Ability to identify & source information on prospective clients.
Skills & Qualification
- Strong company culture fit.
- Ability to receive inbound and make outbound phone calls via cell or internet (wired ethernet) in a quiet environment without interruptions.
- Strong listening skills and excellent phone demeanor.
- Technologically proficient; not necessarily an expert, but knowledgeable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- SalesForce experience is a HUGE plus!
- Outside Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Other Information
- Compensation: 100% commission – Must maintain SR 120K floor per quarter, anything less than will be subjected to termination. (There is no ceiling to your compensation plan!)
- Commission will be paid per month.
- Fully-remote role. ( must initially attend office to get training).
- Candidates must be based in Saudi to qualify.
- Part-time or full-time.
- Salary: up to SR 100K a year.
