LazyWait is a Saudi ERP for restaurants and cafes: point of sale, tables, kitchen display, recipes, delivery apps and accounting in one system, linked with ZATCA.
Yes. Each delivery app's menu and prices are managed from the channel menus screen in LazyWait, and you set each channel's commission so you see what you net per item. Delivery channels are an add-on on Lazy Bite and included in Lazy Cloud, Lazy Kitchen and Lazy Prime.
Yes. You print a QR code for each table from the floor plan; the guest opens the menu on their phone and orders, and the order reaches the kitchen tied to that table. The QR gateway is included in every point of sale plan, from Lazy Go to Lazy Prime, with the details on the QR menu page.
The kitchen display is a screen licence you add to any point of sale plan. Orders from the point of sale, the QR menu and the delivery apps appear on it by station, each order with a timer, and the cook clears an order with a tap so its status changes at the point of sale.
Yes. You define each item's sources in its bill of materials, and the cost and profitability report shows price, VAT, materials cost, profit and margin per price. At the sale the sources come off stock, and waste and spoilage are recorded where they happen.
Yes. Table bookings are taken ahead with their statuses (confirmed, checked in, completed), and the waitlist runs from one board: waiting, called, in progress, with a notification to the customer when their turn comes and seating at a table from the floor plan.
Yes. Orders are taken on the point-of-sale device without a connection, printed and paid, then sync automatically when the connection returns.
Yes. LazyWait issues a simplified tax invoice with a QR code for every order to Phase 2 requirements, linked with ZATCA, and posts it to accounting with VAT, with no fee per invoice on every plan.
LazyWait is a business management system (ERP) for restaurants, and the point of sale is one part of it. The same order updates stock, recipes, accounting, the customer record and the order's profitability, with no export or connector between separate systems.
