Every branch, one figure.

LazyWait for groups is one Saudi ERP running many branches and more than one company from a central head office: permissions per branch, profitability per branch, shared stock and purchasing, consolidated financial statements for the group, and an API for your systems, under an enterprise agreement with custom pricing.

Does LazyWait suit a restaurant or retail chain with many branches?

Yes. The standard plans include one branch, an extra branch is added for 1,490 SAR a year, and multi-branch reporting is on every plan. Branch permissions and profit per branch are included in Lazy Cloud, Lazy Prime, Lazy Business and Lazy HQ, stock between branches in Lazy Cloud, Lazy Prime, Lazy Business and Lazy HQ and central menu control in Lazy Cloud, Lazy Prime, Lazy Business and Lazy HQ, all as add-ons on Lazy Kitchen, and large branch counts come under the enterprise agreement with custom pricing.

Can the system run more than one company or commercial registration in one account?

Yes. The results of several entities are gathered into consolidated financial statements for the group from the Books consolidation screen, with multi-currency and exchange rates, both included in Lazy HQ and available as an add-on in Lazy Prime.

How do we stop a branch changing prices or the menu?

With branch permissions: head office sets what each branch sees and edits, and sets the menu and prices from the head office account so they reach the branches. Anything over a limit, such as a large discount, passes through an approval policy with levels before it goes through.

Do we see each branch's profitability on its own?

Yes. Each branch's revenue, cost and profit on its own, a consolidated report for every branch and one per branch, with budgets and cost centres comparing plan to actual. Branch profitability is in Lazy Prime, and multi-branch reporting is on every plan.

Can LazyWait connect to our other systems?

Yes, through an API and webhooks whose keys are created in the dashboard, included in Lazy Prime and Lazy HQ and available as an add-on on the other plans. The ready-made payment and delivery integrations are on the integrations page, and custom machine and system connections come under the enterprise agreement.

What does the enterprise agreement include?

Custom pricing on annual contracts, for large branch counts and multi-company structures, with complex migration and dedicated implementation, custom integrations and custom machine integrations, a service level agreement and a named account team, and custom workflows and tailored training.

How do dozens of branches move over without stopping?

Through a dedicated implementation the enterprise team scopes with you: the data is imported and reviewed before go-live, permissions and menus are prepared from head office, then branches go live in agreed waves, and selling at every branch continues even without internet.
