LazyWait integrations are ready-made links between your business management system and the delivery apps, payment gateways, accounting software and loyalty programs you use: a delivery order lands in the orders list and on the kitchen display, your customer pays through the gateway you activate, and your sales post to the software your accountant uses.
Yes. LazyWait connects to the delivery apps in the integrations list on this page, and to a platform that brings other apps into one channel. The order lands in the orders list and on the kitchen display with its channel and branch, and its status goes back to the app from the point of sale.
From the Integrations page in the dashboard you open the app's page and enter the link details its partner portal gives you, then match each branch to its branch in the app and check that the first order arrives. No developer is needed.
Payment and accounting integrations are included in every plan. Delivery channels are included in Lazy Go, Lazy Go and Lazy Prime, and available as an add-on on Lazy Bite. The delivery app's or gateway's own fees follow your agreement with that provider.
Yes. You activate the gateway with your own account there, and the customer pays with mada and Mastercard through our payment partners from the QR menu, the online store or a link on the invoice, with the money settled in your account at the gateway. 0% LazyWait commission on your sales, and the gateway's fees are set by its provider.
Yes. Once your account is linked, every paid order is sent as an invoice to the software your accountant uses, and with some of them categories, items and stock adjustments sync too. If you have no accounting software, LazyWait has full books linked with ZATCA (the Fatoora platform).
Yes, if you want it to. Each delivery channel has its own markup, so the item is published at its app price while the dine-in price stays the same, and any difference between your menu and what the app shows is flagged. Per-channel pricing is included in Lazy Go, Lazy Go and Lazy Prime, and an add-on on Lazy Bite.
No. The ready-made integrations are activated from the dashboard with the link details the app gives you. If you want to connect a system of your own, the developer API gives you link keys and webhooks; it is included in Lazy Prime and Lazy Go and available as an add-on on the other plans.
Send an integration request from the form on this page with the app's name and how you use it, and our technical team reviews it and gets back to you.
