See when it pays back.

The ROI calculator sets LazyWait's published plan price, VAT included, against what the system returns in a year from hours of manual re-entry, separate tools and provider fees, so you see the net return and the month the cost is recovered.

What is the ROI of an ERP for restaurants and shops?

It depends on your business, which is why this page works it out from your own figures rather than averages. The return comes from three sources: the hours of manual entry the system writes itself, the separate tools that become modules of the system, and the provider fees LazyWait does not take. The investment is the published plan price, VAT included.

Which price does the calculator use for the investment?

The price published on the pricing page: plans start from 229 SAR a month, VAT included, an extra branch is 1,990 SAR a year, and paying monthly is available at ⁦20%⁩ above the annual rate. You pick the plan and the number of branches, and the rest is calculated.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price on the pricing page and in this calculator includes 15% VAT, so the figure you see is the figure you pay, and the VAT split is shown on the quotation and the invoice.

Does LazyWait take a commission on sales or a fee per invoice?

No. LazyWait commission on your sales is ⁦0%⁩ on every plan, there is no fee per invoice, and no per-user fee for back-office users on the standard plans. Payment processing fees are set by your payment provider, and delivery app commissions follow your agreement with them.

What do I put under separate tools?

What you pay today for tools that become modules inside LazyWait: the accounting program, the loyalty app, the payroll system or the booking tool. Each module's availability differs by plan, so check what your plan includes on the pricing page before counting it.

When does switching to LazyWait make financial sense?

When the year's total return exceeds the plan price, so the recovery month falls before the end of the year. If you are comparing your current system's bill with LazyWait's, the switch calculator does that line by line, and if you have a genuine offer from another system the price match policy covers it.

Is the calculator's result a promise of savings?

No. The result is a calculation from the figures you typed on a published price, with no estimate of ours in it. Change any figure and the result changes, and the formulas are written under the calculator.
