LazyWait's price match policy: if you hold a written, current offer from another system for the same scope of branches, users and functions, send it to us, we compare it with the published plan price, VAT included, and match it or give you more value for the same budget.
We match any genuine offer that meets the published terms: in writing from the vendor itself, current, at the same scope of branches, users and functions, annual against annual, and at the total cost including VAT. Every request is reviewed on its own, and the decision is LazyWait's.
Yes. Every price on the pricing page includes 15% VAT, so the figure you see is the figure you pay, which is why offers are compared at the total cost including VAT and not at the headline price before it.
A written offer from the official vendor carrying its name, from a contract, quotation, official email or invoice, dated within 30 days and valid at the time of the request. Time-limited promotions and offers from unauthorised resellers are not matched.
The reply comes within 24 to 48 business hours of sending the request, and stays valid for 14 days from the date of approval. The price applies from the date the agreement is signed, not retroactively to past invoices.
No. The match covers the subscription, setup, training and support. Hardware is priced separately according to the LazyWait price list, and you start on your own device if it is compatible; custom development is quoted separately.
No. LazyWait commission on your sales is 0% on every plan, there is no fee per invoice, and no per-user fee for back-office users on the standard plans. Payment processing fees are set by your payment provider, and delivery app commissions follow your agreement with them.
