The LazyWait referral programme for its customers: you refer a business owner from your dashboard, LazyWait contacts them and demos the system, and when they subscribe up to a free month is added to your core subscription, capped at ⁦25%⁩ of their first payment.

How do I refer a business owner to LazyWait?

From your dashboard: open Referrals from the menu or the gift icon, enter the owner's name, their business name, the country code and their mobile number once they have agreed to hear from us, then send. There is no public link or code to share, and the team handles the contact.

What do I earn for each referral?

Up to one free month on your LazyWait core subscription licence for every referral that subscribes, meaning the business pays one annual invoice or two consecutive monthly invoices and the payment is not refunded for 30 days. The value is the lower of one month of your core subscription or ⁦25%⁩ of the referred business's first qualifying payment; when it is less than a month, days are added. The reward is time on your core subscription, not branches, extra licences, add-ons or cash.

When is the benefit added to my subscription?

About 30 days after the referred business's qualifying payment, which is its annual invoice or its second monthly invoice, provided it is not refunded or charged back. The referral's status in your dashboard then turns from "pending" to "converted", and the benefit is added: a full month, or the matching days when the ⁦25%⁩ value is lower.

How long does a referral stay valid?

7 days from the moment you send it. During that time the referral is reserved to you; after it expires, the same owner can be referred again if they have not created an account. To count, the business creates its LazyWait account within 60 days of your referral.

Can I refer a business that already uses LazyWait?

No. The system checks the mobile number on submission and refuses the referral if the number belongs to an existing customer or to another referral that is still open. A business that left LazyWait in the last 12 months does not count either.

Is there a limit on referrals?

There is no limit on the months you can earn: every referral that subscribes adds up to one. To stop spam, the dashboard accepts up to 20 referrals a day per account; that limits sending, not rewards.

Where do I follow my referrals' status?

In your dashboard under Referrals: total referrals, how many converted, months earned and how many are still pending, with the expiry date of every open referral.

Do I need to sell anything?

No. Your part ends when you send the name and number. The LazyWait team contacts the owner, demos the system on their own items and follows up with them.
