Starting with LazyWait takes five steps: a demo on your own menu, choosing a plan and a device, setting up the account and importing your data, linking with ZATCA and training your team, then going live, with guided remote onboarding on every plan.
Yes, in a live demo on your own items and the way you work, where you ask whatever you like before paying anything. Book the demo from this page or message us on WhatsApp, and afterwards you choose a plan on the pricing page.
It depends on the size of your data and the number of branches, and we do not promise a duration we cannot guarantee. What we arrange with you in the demo is the five steps and their order: the plan and device, then setup and import, then the ZATCA link and training, then go-live.
No. You start on the device you have if it is compatible, and buy nothing to begin. If you need a device or screens later, they are listed with their prices on the pricing page.
From the licences page in the dashboard: you enter the taxpayer name, the VAT number and the CRN number, and issue the company certificate, which every branch then uses; any branch can issue its own certificate later. E-invoicing is linked with ZATCA on every plan.
From the setup wizard: you drop a CSV or Excel file, it shows how many rows are ready before importing, and a template is there to download. Photos and PDFs are read by the import wizard with AI. If you are coming from another system, the switch page explains what moves and what stays.
The guided remote onboarding session is on every plan, and each team learns what it uses in it. Setup carried out by our team on your behalf is included in Lazy Prime, Lazy Business and Lazy HQ and is an add-on on the other plans; support for the harder cases is included in Lazy HQ and is an add-on on the others.
Yes. Every plan includes one branch, and you add an extra branch at any time for 1,490 SAR a year including VAT, with a point of sale licence.
